Certain desks and patio furniture are locally manufactured and made to order - these items carry a lead time of 2-3 weeks. This will be indicated within the product description of the respective products.
For custom orders, the delivery time may vary depending on manufacturing time. Rest assured, we'll keep you updated on the progress of your custom order to ensure transparency and peace of mind.
Shipping Charges:
We offer free delivery on all office chairs, in Gauteng.

Certain furniture, desks, boardroom and reception furniture are exclusively available for purchase and delivery to Gauteng customers and certain surrounding areas. This is because on-site assembly and installation are required, and our expert team is located in Gauteng. A professional installation and delivery fee applies.
The shipping charges for all other products, and all products shipped out of Gauteng, are calculated based on your location, the weight, and dimensions of the items in your order, as well as whether the furniture is delivered assembled or not. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. Certain products are not available for shipping out of Gauteng and Surrounding areas.
Delivery to rural or outlying areas may incur additional charges. Modern Office reserves the right to apply a surcharge for deliveries made to locations considered outside of standard service areas. These additional fees help cover the extra costs associated with transporting your order to harder-to-reach locations.
